Longevity clinics in the UK
All 66 clinics by region, with price from, where, and the Care Quality Commission line.
Prices from each clinic’s own page, checked 21st October 2026. 36 London clinics are in the directory; the other 18 sell memberships, programmes or single tests, or publish no price.
The short answer
From £250 for a heart check with a doctor at Harpal Clinic to from £10,000 for OneWelbeck’s screen over 3 to 4 days. 8 of the 18 clinics charge between £500 and £1,500 for blood tests and a doctor’s hour; 4 charge over £5,000 for a day with scans.
Most of the list is a blood panel and an hour with a doctor. EGA Clinic’s Foundation Health Screen is £499 for a basic panel, body composition and a doctor consultation. The Wright Practice charges £695 and Deia Health £895 for the same shape with more blood markers, and Deia adds a heart rhythm assessment. Agami Health’s assessment, From £1,200, runs to over 100 biomarkers with an hour with its GP.
Above £2,000 the price buys imaging. Medical Express Clinic’s £2,095 MOT adds a brain MRI, a DEXA scan and an ECG to the blood tests. The Wellness charges £6,995 for a full body MRI, a DEXA scan and a VO2 max test with a physician consultation. HOOKE’s Investigation, From £7,900, is one day of about 8 hours with ultrasound, VO2 max and an EEG brain test, and OneWelbeck’s From £10,000 screen adds an echocardiogram and an MRI of the abdomen and pelvis over 3 to 4 days.
Several clinics price the consultation and sell the tests separately. sykle.life’s £500 appraisal is a physician consultation; its extensive blood profile is £700 more and heart scans are priced separately. The HVN’s £400 consultation includes body composition, with a blood panel and a DNA methylation test sold after it. Agami Health and Founders Health list DEXA, 3D body scans and genetics as priced add ons. HOOKE lists genome sequencing and biological age testing as add ons to a £7,900 day.
The lowest price on the list is the narrowest. Harpal Clinic’s £250 cardiovascular age assessment measures arterial age, blood pressure and the ankle brachial index, with a 15 minute doctor consultation, and nothing else.
17 of the 18 clinics say a doctor or physician explains the results; Levitas Clinic’s page lists the blood panel and no consultation in the price. Some name the doctor: Deia Health’s screen is “A full hour with Dr Lafina Diamandis”, Agami Health’s a “60-Minute Doctor Consultation” with Dr Ankit Chawla, and The London General Practice’s programme ends with Dr Angela Rai. Founders Health pairs a physician with a nutritionist for the results hour. HOOKE says “Your results are always presented to you directly by members of the HOOKE clinical team.”

A membership spreads the tests and the doctor’s time over a year. The lowest published is My Longevity Centre’s CORE plan at £829 a year, with an annual biological age test, a blood panel and a review. The Wright Practice’s Wellness Membership is £250 a month for 4 GP consultations a year. Reborne Longevity’s concierge GP membership is From £1,250 a month, and HOOKE’s Healthspan membership From £14,550 a year, with its tests sold as add ons.
Most other London clinics that sell memberships give the price on request. Each listing shows the clinic’s own terms: the length, what is paid up front, and how to cancel.

A blood screen with a doctor’s consultation, a full day of tests and scans, and a year’s membership.
Lowest first. Each is the clinic’s own figure for its lowest priced assessment sold on its own, and what is in the price.

This page does not answer that. Here is what the NHS offers free, and what the body that advises on screening says.
The NHS Health Check
“The NHS Health Check is a free check-up of the health of your heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular health).”
nhs.uk, for people aged 40 to 74, every 5 years
UK National Screening Committee
“Some companies offer screening for conditions already covered by a free NHS programme.”
GOV.UK, published 21st November 2023
In 17 of the 18 prices, yes, in the clinic’s words: a “Doctor consultation” at EGA Clinic, “a comprehensive consultation with one of our physicians” at sykle.life, “a 1 hour expert physician consultation” at HUM2N, “a 1-to-1 results consultation with a doctor” at Medical Express Clinic. Levitas Clinic’s Complete Health Screen page lists the blood panel and no consultation.

Deia Health: “Independent referrals chosen on merit, never on commission”. The Wright Practice says recommendations “may include lifestyle interventions, nutritional strategies, further investigations, ongoing monitoring or referral”. HOOKE’s terms say “We may refer you to other medical specialists in addition to the Services listed in your package”. The Wellness says “More testing can turn up incidental findings that lead to further scans or worry, and the doctor discusses this before ordering anything.” OneWelbeck says follow up is “often on the same day by utilising our network of over 350 clinicians”.
2 clinics say who pays. HOOKE’s terms: any referral “is not included in your Service fee, and you will be liable for any professional fees if you accept any such further services or referrals”. The Wright Practice’s membership page says specialist fees, hospital care, procedures and medication are not included. Deia Health says its fees “are not usually covered by insurers, but some onward investigations and specialist referrals may be”. The other pages do not say.

The NHS Health Check, “a free check-up of the health of your heart and blood vessels”, for people aged 40 to 74 without certain conditions, every 5 years, through a GP surgery, pharmacy or local council. It is a heart and blood vessel check, not a longevity assessment.
